The website said the part would be delivered June 10-12. I received an email days after ordering saying they didn’t have the part and had to order it themselves. They received the part themselves today (June 16th) and I now have a notification that a label for USPS Ground Advantage was created. Still not shipped or scanned into USPS’s system. As a company if you already missed your delivery deadline by almost a week, why would you then ship the part using the slowest and cheapest method to your customer? They clearly don’t care about the customer.

I have never in my life dealt with such gross incompetence. I purchased a component with one part number from them on eBay. The part I received was the wrong part. The pictures for the listing showed both the correct part, and the wrong one (the one I received) The counter staff were dismissive, and unable to even verify basic vehicle details before releasing the part to me. Do not give these people your business. Go somewhere, anywhere else.

My parts came today for my Mitsubishi Outlander. Parts were exactly what I ordered and they were brand new. Already installed and couldn't be happier. Thanks Quirkparts for a great experience. Will definitely use you in the future.

Absolutely not telling you the truth. I order parts the 26th of December and i was chatting with the customer support almost everyday and they were convincing me couple more days,we are waiting the mnf to send the parts and today after 16 days i got this email: We regret to inform you that the part you have ordered is currently unavailable. A refund has been issued and we apologize for any inconvenience. In most cases, refunds can take up to 5 business days to post, depending on the bank involved. If there is anything we may be able to help you with please let us know. Never ever order from this site guys such a liars!!!

Unlike many other reviews, my experience with Quirk Parts Depot was excellent. I placed an order for transmission bolts for my Ram 1500 on a Saturday by credit card. I didn't get a confirmation at that point and my bank showed the charge as pending. I was a little concerned so I sent an email that same day. I didn't hear anything back. I called them on Monday and I didn't get someone to talk to but I left a message. I received a text message that same day saying that they don't respond to emails or text on the weekends but they did confirm the order and within a couple days they will text me when my item will be shipped. A day later they sent me a USPS tracking number. The following day it showed my package will be received in 5 days. I actually received it in 4 days... which was better. The parts that I received were in excellent condition, definitely brand new and exactly what I ordered. So yes, communication is a bit thin... but I received my parts and a day earlier then they told me so I'm very happy about that. I tried to get these parts from other sites and the prices were ridiculously high. Quirk Parts were fairly priced in my opinion and if I need anything else
